Bombing Syria to push Asad's regime to the negotiation table

One of many lies uttered by the habitual liar (and poseur, John Kerry, and I hate his personality more than I hate his politics), is that the US will bomb Syria to expedite a political settlement.  There has been three international peace envoys to Syria: the Sudanese general dispatched by the Arab League, Kofi Anan, and then Al-Akhdar Al-Ibrahimi.  In all three cases, puppets of the US (namely Qatar and Saudi Arabia) foiled their missions.  In all three cases.
