Can you imagine the uproar if Routledge put out a volume with this title on Judaism, for example?

Can you imagine if Routledge uses the same language about another religion, like Judaism?  There would be calls for boycott of the publisher.  Shame on them.  Notice how involved Israelis are in this project.  This is like having Iranian or Saudi clerics write a book on terrorism in Judaism.
