UAE's Ruling Dynasty's Mouthpiece

First, is this dude who did not notice Israeli attacks on Gaza, a son of the religious fanatic who doubles as Sharjah ruler? Secondly, do you associate incompetence also with the rules of Saudi Arabia, UAE, Kuwait, Egypt, Jordan, etc?
