The man to the right, `Ali Barakah, is the leader of Hamas in Lebanon. He is presenting the "Shield of Gaza victory" to Bahiyyah Al-Hariri on behalf of Isma`il Haniyyah. When I saw that picture, I immediately removed Barakah from the list of Facebook friends and urged him to present the Shield of the Nahr Al-Barid Massacre to Fu`ad Sanyurah. This is the Hamas movement. But in all fairness to me: I detested this movement all along and was critical of it all along, before and after it took over Gaza. Review the archive here for that. I feel vindicated. I always predicted that the future of Hamas can be discerned from the past of Fath movement.
