How seats were distributed in the Syrian National Coalition

Do you know how they allocated "seats" in the new and improved exile opposition shop, called the Syrian National Coalition? They reserved seats for "independents" because they said that they don't want the Muslim Brotherhood to dominate.  So `Ali Al-Bayanuni, for example, who was the former leader of the Muslim Brotherhood was awarded a seat as an "independent".  Kid you not.
