So how did the Palestinian refugees get displaced? The New York Times has the answer

"Hundreds of thousands of Palestinians live in Syria, displaced by the Arab-Israeli struggle."  So the struggle displaced the refugees? And how did the struggle displace them?  The struggle came and kicked them out of their homes and forced them out of Palestine?  And did the struggle also prevent them from returning to their homes?  Damn this struggle.  The struggle should be taken to the International Criminal Court.
