I have said it again and will say it again: I defy you to find me a negative review for any Israeli books in the US press. Just one. If the book is a collection of sneezes and yawns, you will find a favorable and enthusiastic review in the US press. Someone will write: heart wrenching, or hear warming, or eye catching, etc. I am writing this to prepare for my own review of a settler poet lionized in the LA Times.
I now have to run to school because for the first time in my life I have a class at 8:00AM and I hate it. The scheduling is due, you guessed it, to budget cuts. Damn it.
