Please meet the dumb PLO representatives

Don't get me wrong.  Overall, in recent years, PLO representatives have been dumb, but they are clearly getting dumber in the age of Abbas.  Look at this one:  "Throughout the Arab Spring, the United States adopted an admirable position of support for those seeking freedom and the right to self-determination."  Where? In Egypt? Saudi Arabia? Bahrain? Morocco?  UAE?  Oman? Jordan? Kuwait? Iraq?  Where?
