Goebbels of the Syrian regime

I am still incensed by the remarks of Buthayna Sha`ban in Moscow.  She basically denied that any, ANY, Syrian civilian was killed by Syrian regime troops.  So according to her, only security forces and members of the "criminal gangs" were killed.  She will never ever recover from that lie.  Ever.
