When I drive, I often listen to BBC News on my satellite radio. Their coverage of Syria is very week (and typically propagandistic like most Western media). Their correspondent in Beirut two weeks ago interviewed someone he claimed was a Syrian refugee: he spoke in a Lebanese accent. The other day a woman reporter was reading a report on Syria and she invoked Arabic words about Syrian protests: she could not say the word Huriyyah (she said hurrah, maybe confused by the name of the US propaganda channel).
