l'affaire Robert Bourgi

I am still following what is called "l'affaire Robert Bourgi" brewing in French media.  I mentioned that Robert is my cousin (his mother is my father's sister).  I am very upset, among other reasons, that Robert (his Arabic name is Riyad by the way) would play a role (the carrier of cash) in supporting (on behalf of Omar Bongo) the campaign of Le Pen, the notorious racist.  I want to make it very clear that the policies of Robert and his close associations and standing in French conservative circles don't represent the family.  Robert's brother, Albert (a professor in Paris) is a socialist who has supported progressive causes all around the world.  I only hope that this case would finally bring to court the massive corruption cases that characterized the career of Chirac.
