Try to find this story in mainstream Western media: Syrian rebels using civilians as "human shields"

I saw this in Arabic. I thought let me verify it: I searched on google and I saw it was only being cited by pro-Syria regime and pro-hizbollah English sources.  And since I disbelieve both sides, I searched further and found out it was from an AFP dispatch but could only find it used in a report in Hindustan Times: "Also the UN’s Commission of Inquiry for Syria (COI) said it had received reports that opposition fighters were blocking civilians from fleeing Aleppo and using them as human shields.It specifically implicated Al-Qaeda’s former affiliate Fateh al-Sham Front, and the powerful Ahrar al-Sham rebel group."
