Al-Arabiyyah (the news station of King Fahd's brother-in-law, which adheres to the journalistic standards of National Inquirer) publishes a story that the shooter in San Bernardino was shot while he his hands were tied behind his back. I kid you not.  It is even a key story with a headline.
