Zionists and Arab incitement

For the entire history of the Palestinian problem, Zionist leaders have often resorted to this charge: that Palestinian leaders (from Hajj Amin to Ahmad Shuqayri to Yasser Arafat to Mahmoud Abbas--the latter is certainly not a leader of anyone) incite the Palestinian people. Their claim basically is this: that without the incitement of the leaders, the Palestinian people would have found the Israeli occupation enjoyable and pleasurable.
