I have said it before and will say it again: I love the brain of Stephen Breyer, although I don't like his views or his rulings (he is very pro-Business and is not some radical by any means). But it is a joy to listen to him or read his words and I can't wait to read his new book about the relationship between US laws and foreign laws. I cam capable--believe it or not--in giving a fair and objective assessment of ideological and political enemies: I can say that George Will and Michael Kinsley are two of the very best column writers--deep political disagreements notwithstanding.
