Dubai ruler's son, Rashid bin Muhammad bin Rashid Al Maktun, was in Yemen with his country's troops when a rocket hit the base. Rashid was immediately hit and was taken to a hospital after they vacated all hospitals in the area (including those we were getting urgent cancer treatment) in order to hide the identity of the injured.
