The Ali Mamluk Story in the Daily Telegraph

A well-known Western journalist in the Middle East told me yesterday that Ali Mamluk was at his office yesterday and laughing at the story about him in the Daily Telegraph.  No one mentioned about the story that the writer, Carol Malouf, was a reporter for Aljazeera with very close ties to the Free Syrian Army media operation.  The story first appeared on Facebook pages of FSA people.  And no one mentioned that this is the Daily Telegraph, for potato's sake: the paper that had Adel Darwish as its Middle East correspondent for years.  Also, whatever happened to all those stories about Maher Asad killed, shot, injured, had his leg amputated?
