Corruption Index

You know my theory: all cross-cultural and cross-linguistic surveys are highly unreliable and sometimes outright biased, politically.  Look at this: it has Saudi Arabia ahead of most Arab countries in non-corruption.  Also, notice that the worst countries in the corruption index are government liberated and formed by US troops.
