White supremacy: Furguson

White supremacy is strong and alive in the US. The decline of the percentage of the white population is only making white males (and some white females) more angry and resentful.  White supremacy was never a voluntary system: it needed the imposition of force on the subject population from its inception.  Take the city of Ferguson: it is 2/3rd black and has a police force of 53 men.  Only three are blacks.  The rise in the minority population will only increase racial tensions in the US due to the fears of loss of power by whites when in reality the changing demographics in the US has not altered the power structure at all.  Whites can simply resort to token minority appointments (even in the White House) to convey a false image of power sharing.
