Feminists of the Syrian "revolution"? they attack the regime because it is led "by women who can't regulate their menstrual cycle"

On the AlJazeera show, Al-Ittijah Al-Mu`akis, it has become predictable: the host, Faysal Al-Qasim who supports the "revolution" invites a fellow supporter of the "revolution" and they go against one of the very few people on the other side who agree to appear on the program after the dramatic decline of the network. On this show, the host (a huge supporter of the Fee Syrian Army) along with Lu`ayy Muqdad (a spokesperson of the Fee Syrian Army) attack the Syrian regime because--according to them--it is led by women and particularly by a woman who "cant regulate her menstrual cycle".  I don't know what they mean by this misogyny but they are referring to Bashshar's media adviser, Luna Ash-Shibl.
