6.5 Bllion call records from Lebanon

I came across this in a newly released book:  The Hariri International Investigation Commission, or UNIIIC, "collected thousands of gigabytes of data, including 6.5 billion call records".  I am sure that it is all related to Hariri and has nothing to do with Western spying on Hizbullah.  I am confident.   Are you implying that I should not trust Western powers?
