The Saudi decree banning "terrorist" organizations

Regarding the Saudi royal decree banning "terrorist" organizations.  Notice that all Saudi media (and subsequently Western media) are focusing that the decree banned "terrorist organizations".  But the text of the decree ALSO bans "atheist thought" and even bans "skepticism" toward "the religion constants".  Kid you not.
