When the Muslim Brotherhood were "up", Ibrahim called for dialogue with them and said that they have been misunderstood. When they are now "down", Ibrahim has just called for using schools and mosques as incarceration or concentration camps "for all Muslim Brotherhood members". (thanks Yusuf)
