Anne Barnard's propaganda dispatches

Look at this:  "Members of the opposition said that the government delegation was divided, particularly on the question of discussing the formation of a transitional government."  She asked the opposition to delegation to tell her about the government delegation.  What does she expect the opposition delegation to say?  That they were a united front?  Also, she is so naive to believe that the Syrian regime sent a divided delegation whose members have not agreed on all the issues that would be predictably be raised? I mean, I know that she is no Middle East expert--and it shows daily--but a little common sense can go a long way.
