Russia bullying its neighbors??

The New York Times is outraged: it claims that Russia is bullying its neighbors and using economic leverage.  Really? How awful, because the US never ever bullies other countries and never uses economic sanctions and strangulation against other countries. The US is way above that.  All that because Russia stopped importing Moldovian wine?
