Only in India; the Washington Post declares the US free of sexual harassment of any kind

Colonial feminism:  "Awareness about workplace sexual harassment is relatively new in India, where men in powerful positions routinely make passes at their female subordinates, grope them and crack off-color jokes."  I like the "relatively new" part because awareness of such issues in the US began in the 19th century.
