Hebrew and Arabic

Do you notice that in the computer tech world whenever there is a release of Arabic it is always twinned with Hebrew, the release always says Arabic and Hebrew.  This passes as silly and dumb balance in the US, and it is even reflected in college campuses with the teaching of Hebrew in all college campuses virtually.  But Hebrew is spoken today by some 6 million or so people, while Arabic is spoken by over 350 million.  What balance are we talking about?
