a critique of the report of the UN mission to Syria

"The evidence derived from environmental, chemical, and medical samples as reported by the Sellstrom Report constitutes neither clear nor convincing proof that any surface-tosurface rocket containing the nerve agent sarin was involved in the alleged CW attack against Ein Tarma, Moadamiyah, or Zamalka in the Ghouta area of Damascus on Aug21.2013. Although limited evidence has been found that may be consistent with the release of sarin in one or more of those communities, because of the likelihood that some or all of the evidence made available to the Mission was tainted by parties to the conflict, no valid conclusions can be drawn."
