Al-Akhbar in the Washington Post: Max Fisher's standards

"to the Beirut-based al-Akhbar newspaper, an aggressive outlet often described as aligned with such anti-Western movements as Hezbollah."  Aggressive how? By not recycling the truths of the White Man?  Also, are Saudi-funded Salafite outlets aggressive?   (thanks Electronic Ali)

PS Emily sent me this:  "Note that Max Fisher's description – particularly the designation "aggressive" – appears to come from the replies he got on Twitter in response to his question if it were fair to describe Al-Akhbar as "sympathetic" to Assad. Journalism at it's best."
