`Uqab Saqr: at the Turkish-Syrian border

This Hariri-Saudi intelligence man in charge of delivering cash and weapons to the Free Syrian Army has been playing coy for month, denying any role in the Syrian conflict.  He has refused to have his picture taken in Turkey.  But this man from the Free Syrian Army outed him on Facebook.
