Rukn Ad-Dine quarter in Damascus

From Akram:  "The Syrian regime hasn't impose its full control on Damascus yet. Rukn Addine, a overpopulated quarter located in the mountainous part of Damascus, is awaiting his expected fate: full destruction. In the past two days, heavy clashes with automatic weapons took place between the FSA gangs and the security forces followed by a campaign of arrests. Today reports said that FSA is back to the quarter after the government forces withdrew (Arabic)."
