This was stolen from Beirut in the 19th century and now rests in the Smithsonian

"A Roman Sarcophagus in a Museum of American History."  Why doesnt the Lebanese government request a return of the stolen item?  At least Andrew Jackson refused the offer to be buried in it.  He said that he is too republican to allow that.
