Is he not ashamed? No, he is not

Is Michel Sulayman, the nominal president of Lebanon, not ashamed in admitting that Lebanon has asked the UN to protect its oil and gas exploration activities in the sea?  Is this a sovereign country?  And why is the lousy Lebanese Army not dissolved?  What purpose does the Army have when soldiers and commanders hide as youngsters in South Lebanon defend the country against Israeli aggression?
