Carter on Egypt

Jimmy Carter is in Egypt and he dares speak about Egyptian democracy and even about surrender of power to civilians.  Jimmy Carter? The architect of the Camp David accords which basically installed the Sadat-Mubarak security regime and which--calculatingly--traded the Egyptian-Israeli treaty for the freedom of the Egyptian population.  This is a man who has no credibility in speaking a word about Egypt.  Carter of all people??
