Look at this racism. I received internal communication from LAU (Lebanese American University) whereby so much effort is devoted to the matter of closely watching Syrian workers lest they steal a stapler. Here is a sample:

The Contractor needs to complete all remaining snags and outstanding works before the expiry of the Defect Liability Period, in order to close out this project, at last. We will make sure that the workers are always closely watched at all times by our LAU foremen during any needed access to any of the premises.
Your directives and clearance of the above are highly appreciated.
