Aljazeera theater

Aljazeera is now a caricature of a news network.  Yesterday, they reported about the open-ended civil disobedience strike in Syria.  On the first day, it declared it a great success and brought in an Egypt expert who compared the strike, less than one day old, as comparable to Indian movement against Britain and to anti-apartheid struggle in South Africa.  I mean, just wait a day and then render the verdict.  It it is not a comedy because Syrian people are dying.
