I have a copy of the alleged PhD dissertation by war criminal, Rif`at Al-Asad (Saudi Arabia's favorite Syrian). In the sources, he mentions a book published by John Hopkins University Press. So he thinks that John Hopkins is the author: so he says: Mr. John Hopkins, etc.
