Tawakkul Karman

Of course, I never ever bother about Nobel prizes.  They mean nothing: it is a relic of colonial times.  And the Peace and Literature prizes are the worst and most political.  So a Yemeni woman, Tawakkul Karman, won the Peace Prize (with two other women approved by the World Bank).  Tawakkul is active with the Muslim Brothers' branch in Yemen.  I guess the White Man is making peace with the Muslim Brotherhood all over the Arab region.  I heard her on Aljazeera: she is very articulate but cant speak a sentence without adding a note about non-violence.  Now I know why she won the "courage award" from the US embassy.  I may consider the utility of non-violence after the demise of Arab regimes AND Israel, but not before.
