The rotten prisoners' swap: Hamas did a lousy job

The more I read about the prisoners' swap between Hamas and Israel the more convinced I am that it is a rotten deal.  First, the top leaders are not included: Ahmat Sa`dat and Barghuti were excluded for example.  Secondly, the names of 550 prisoners will be selected by Israel.  And 335 of the released prisoners will not be allowed to return to the West Bank.  And Israel will select the names of the first group of prisoners to be released.  110 Prisoners will not be allowed to travel abroad for ten years and they have to appear before security offices (working for Israel).  And the movement of 50% of those released will be restricted, and 203 prisoners will be expelled to Gaza or to the outside, and only 18 of them will be allowed to return after one year, while another 18 will be allowed to return after 3 years.  And in 5 to 10 years, 55 will be allowed to return, while another 55 will be allowed to return in 20-25 years, while 55 prisoners will never be allowed to return at all.  It seems that Khalid Mish`al did a lousy job in the negotiations and may have rushed it for political reasons.  Read details here.
