A new Hariri Center: when Western think tanks sell their souls for oil and other money

"The Center is dedicated to the memory of the late Lebanese Prime Minister Rafik Hariri and his efforts to rise above sectarianism and to promote innovative policies to support economic and political liberalization, sustainable conflict resolution, and greater regional and international integration."  Can you produce other lies and claims about Rafiq Hariri?  This is a man who--more than anybody else in contemporary Lebanese history--excelled in sectarian agitation and mobilization and left a legacy of sectarian hatred behind him.  (thanks Adam)
