Flash: US administration has discovered that Libya is not a democracy

More on this breaking story as it develops.  The Obama administration said that the Bush administration did not know that Qadhdhafi was a tyrant when it brokered the famous honey moon back in 2003.  Hillary Clinton said that when she met with Mu`tasim Qadhdhafi (head of the Libyan secret police) she was under the impression that he was a democratic crusader.  More on this later.
