Jeffrey Feltman was asked about events in Egypt.  He said: the events in Cairo strike me as uniquely Cairean.  When asked about events in Egypt again, he said: the events in Suez strike me as uniquely Suezean.   When asked yet again about events in Alexandria, he said: the events in Alexandria strike me as uniquely Alexandrian.
