Congratulations...to neo-cons

Walid Jumblat had a long meeting with Hasan Nasrallah 10 days or so ago. But the press did not notice that he also had a long meeting with the leaders of the PFLP-General Command two days ago. He has reconciled with the group that saved his derriere--and they should not have but they follow orders from the Syrian regime which sponsored Jumblat at the time--back in the War of the Mountain in the 1980s. Wait: do these developments mean that neo-conservatives in the US who were in the habit of quoting Walid Jumblat once a week will no more be quoting him? Oh. That must be sad.
