Is there an ally of the U.S. that is not described as "democratically-elected"? I mean, all the governments of U.S. allies in Morocco, Tunisia, Libya, Jordan, Egypt, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Oman, Iraq, and Kuwait are described as "democratically-elected".
