Is there a more unprincipled intellectual than Karim Muruwwah? I mean, this guy was a Soviet Stalinist when the left was ascendant, and is now a Jumblat loyalist in the age of conservatism. Give him time: he will switch again. Personally, I did not enjoy him as a Marxist, and enjoy him less as a conservative.
