So you are saying that you would not give him the Nobel Prize for his poetry, which you can't judge, but that you would give it to him based on his rehashing of Orientalist cliches? But I recommend that you read this piece: you have to see the original ideas of Adonis, as in: "Adonis: No, because being free is a great burden. It is by no means easy." Dalai Lama is more sophisticated in his sayings. Hell, compared to Adonis, any one is more sophisticated. (thanks Kamal)
