Al-Quds Al-`Arabi is reporting that negotiations are under way between Muqtada As-Sadr's parliamentary bloc and the bloc of Iyad `Allawi (former puppet prime minister/car bomber/Saddam's henchmen/embezzler-in-Yemen) for a possible alliance.
