Less than a year after the last Palestinian election, the US and UK (and the joke that is called "the international community") are thrilled that Abu Mazen is calling for a new Palestinian election. So the US is now pursuing a new option for democracy in the region. You see, if the people of the region fail to elect American puppets, they will be subjected to sanctions, and will be compelled to vote in consecutive and successive elections until they elect the "right people."
