Israel (and the US and the clients of the latter in Lebanon) has a major problem. In the 1970s, Israel used the same propaganda rhetoric of today. The same talk of "terrorism" and "hiding behind women and children," that Israel relishes killing regularly. But unlike the PLO phase, how can Israel get rid of Hizbullah, or its arms? What? They will request that they be sent to Tunisia in ships? Will they ask that all Shi`ites be transferred out of Lebanon? No matter how much they bomb, Hizbullah will stay, and will grow stronger in Lebanese politics. Israel has a consistent record of strengthening its enemies.
