Tulsi Gabbard and her apologia of the Syrian regime

Tulsi Gabbard is not a friend of the Syrian people or the Arab people.  She is an example of the Islamophobes of the Democratic Party making an alliance with the Islamophobes of the Republican party.  Her apologia of the Syrian regime stems from her hostility to all things Muslims--not only the Syrian rebels which I oppose.  And her championing of the Syrian regime is also wrong-headed as it has contributed (we can argue whether directly or indirectly) to the rise of the Islamists in Syria.  What is curious is that why on earth would Dennis Kucinich join her advocacy of the Syrian regime.
